Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What age group do you offer classes for, and how do I know which class is right for my child?
A: We offer classes for children starting at age 3 (preschool), and for older elementary kids, including semester-long programs and summer camps. Check the age requirement in the class description to ensure you choose the best fit for your child. All kids' classes are beginner level—no prior art experience required.

Q: Do I need to stay during my child’s class?
A: Most of our kids' classes are drop-off, but a few preschool classes are parent/child. Due to limited space we do not have a designated parent waiting area.

Q: Do you offer summer camps?
A: Yes! We also host summer art camps for kids in Kindergarten through 5th grade. (View 2025 Summer Camps Here)

Q: What is the class schedule?
A: We offer one-time classes in fused glass, clay, and pottery painting year-round. Our semester-long classes run from September-November and January-April, with 12 weeks of various art projects, including drawing, painting, glass, clay, and mixed media.

Q: Do the kids need to bring their own materials?
A: No, all materials are provided. However, some projects, especially those requiring kiln firing (like clay or fused glass), will need to stay at the studio.

Q: When can I pick up my child's artwork?
A: You will receive a text when your child's artwork is ready for pick-up after kiln firing. Fused glass and pottery painting projects are typically ready in 7 days and handmade clay projects are ready in 3 weeks.

Q: What classes are best for teens?
A: Teens aged 13 and up are encouraged to join our adult classes to explore more complex art techniques.
